Stathis' commentary: "The crypto industry is going through a major crisis. Why? When the blockchain manifesto started circulating between crypto and tech enthusiasts, promising the creation of a new global decentralized financial system, to be built on the ruins of the traditional credit system which collapsed in 2008, it quickly evolved to eventually becoming the same system it was despising. All or most of the exchange money supply from small investors was gathered among few companies, Binance, Coinbase, FTX the last one recently defaulting on its debt taking along its smaller counterpart lending companies like Alameda, huge profits driving speculation tactics as in the traditional financial credit system. US regulators will hit back hard"

Stathis' commentary: "The German growth model and economy for very long depended on Russia for energy, on USA for security, and China for exports. The heavy industry of the country (chemicals, glass, etc.) is already suffering because of the high costs for needed supplies while workers might face lay offs or see their wages stall. The short term optimism due to the recent ECB announcements will perish in the new year after inflation persists, recession kicks in and central banks further raise interest rates, all these amidst global geopolitical instability" - Read HERE

Stathis' commentary: "The exponential power of artificialintelligence has arrived, enter chatgpt which can write opinion articles, do research analysis for financial predictions (how stock prices are affected by corporate decisions), assist in daily routine with writing emails, write code for developers, and more tasks being added each day. ChatGPT echoing the coming 4th Industrial Revolution and a new wave of Creative Destruction will be both embraced and fought if experts start losing their jobs" - Read HERE

Stathis' commentary: "Το 2022 ήταν χρονιά ρεκόρ για το ναυτικό συνάλλαγμα (θα ξεπεράσει τα 17 δισ. ευρώ). Οι ναυτιλιακές εισπράξεις είναι αναγκαίες στην Ελλάδα για το ισοζύγιο αγαθών και υπηρεσιών πέρα από τη συμβολή της ναυτιλίας στο ΑΕΠ της χώρας (περίπου 7%) και στην αγορά εργασίας (200.000 θέσεις εργασίας). Η Ελλάδα διατηρεί τα πρωτεία στην παγκόσμια ναυτιλία για ακόμη μια χρονιά με σημαντική αύξηση της συνολικής χωρητικότητας.
