Too much social media buzz these days don't you think? Many analysts predict that 2012 will be a turning year for companies as they have started convincing themselves for grasping the delicate fruits of social media. What this means is that there is a growing noise about choosing the right strategy for your start-up or established firm in order to lead customer engagement & boost sales.
