The new global discussion for the ownership of creative/intellectual works. The era of going from "Copyright" to "Creative Commons" & from "All rights reserved" to "Some rights reserved". The link below introduces you to the creative commons organization/idea, for licencing your intellectual work of art directly to the public or to third parties, for translation or adaptation purposes (remixing a song of your favourite artist for example). I believe that disruptive global initiatives like Creative Commons, which promise to skip current levels of protectionism & institutional dogmatism in favor of sharing creativity, should be embraced.
